Johns Island townhomes that sold in the past three months averaged 58 days on market, at 97 percent of list price. Six actives in one community there are stuck at 107 days. We took a listing to market in that same community this week. Staged it. Priced it exactly where the data said to. Under contract in 24 hours, at full price. That’s not luck. That’s what happens when the prep work and the number both do their job.
